Due to a storage issue with our source provider, the API from a small subset of users was temporarily down for new incidents. Alerts were initially not seen immediately due to the service still remaining up. We have implemented changes to allow for sooner alerts for degraded service as opposed to just major outages

One of our upstream service providers experienced a platform-wide service disruption due to Google Cloud incorrectly placing their account in a suspended status.
